Terms of Use
Last updated October 26, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Supreme Plan AI, including the website and the application (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. What Supreme Plan AI is - and isn't
Supreme Plan AI helps you build a business plan, grant proposal, loan application, or marketing plan, using guided tools, sample content, and AI-assisted drafting and review. Historical federal award data shown in features like Federal Funding Intelligence describes what a program has funded in the past; it does not predict what you will receive. Grant Matching surfaces opportunities from public sources; it does not submit anything on your behalf or evaluate your eligibility for you.
Supreme Plan AI does not guarantee funding, approval, or any business outcome. We do not apply for grants, loans, or investment on your behalf, we do not control any funder's or lender's decision, and we are not responsible for whether you are approved, declined, or awarded less than you requested. See our Refund Policy for how this affects billing.
Supreme Plan AI is not a law firm, accounting firm, financial advisor, consultant, or medical provider, and nothing in the Service is legal, tax, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Sample plans - including ones covering regulated fields such as medical clinics, legal services, or financial services - are generic starting points for you to personalize and verify, not guidance on how to legally or safely operate in those fields. You are responsible for verifying any licensing, regulatory, or compliance requirements that apply to your actual business or organization, with a qualified professional where appropriate.
2. AI-generated content
Some content in the Service is drafted or suggested by AI. AI-generated text can be wrong, outdated, or not appropriate for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing anything before you submit it to a funder, lender, regulator, or anyone else, and for making sure your final plan or proposal is accurate.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans (Standard, Pro, and Consultant) are billed in advance through PayPal, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep access through the period you already paid for.
- We may change subscription prices going forward. Existing subscribers keep their current price until they change plans or their subscription lapses, unless we notify you otherwise in advance.
- See our Refund Policy for full billing and refund terms.
5. Supreme Start
Supreme Plan AI offers sponsored access to eligible single mothers under Supreme Start, subject to the eligibility and terms described on that program's page. We may adjust eligibility criteria, available slots, or the program itself at any time.
6. Your content
You own the content you create in your plans, proposals, and other work product. By using the Service, you give us permission to store, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide the Service to you (for example, sending a section to our AI provider when you request an AI-assisted draft, as described in our Privacy Policy). We don't claim ownership of your content and won't use it for anything beyond operating the Service for you.
Sample plans, templates, guided content, and the Service's software, design, and features belong to Supreme Plan AI. You may use them to build your own plan; you may not resell, redistribute, or republish the templates or samples themselves as a standalone product.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service for anything illegal or fraudulent; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; resell or provide access to your account to others outside what your plan tier allows (for example, Consultant-tier access to manage client plans is permitted as described on that plan); or use automated tools to scrape, overload, or abuse the Service, including its free tools.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any outcome - including funding, approval, or business results - will follow from using it. Federal grant, award, and funding data is sourced from public government systems that we don't control and that can be incomplete, delayed, or change without notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supreme Plan AI and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost funding, lost profits, or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Ending your account
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that violates these Terms, including fraudulent payment activity or abuse of the Service.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The version posted here is always the current one. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Georgia], without regard to its conflict of law principles, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in [your county/state].
